DANIEL HUCK
Daniel Huck is the founder of Generation Equip and a certified financial coach who works with students to develop strong leadership skills and healthy financial habits. His mission is rooted in real-world experience and a desire to give young people the tools he never received growing up. These experiences inspired him to create a system that equips students with real-world tools often missing in traditional education.
In 2019, Dan began focusing on financial coaching after seeing how many people struggled not from lack of income, but from poor money habits. He became a certified financial coach in 2020 and has since helped individuals and families build budgets, change behaviors, and reduce financial stress through simple, consistent habits.
Today, Dan speaks in schools across the county, teaching thousands of students practical lessons.

Dan works directly with students in schools and youth programs, including Dwyer High School, Wellington High School, Park Vista High School, Independence Middle School, and YMCA programs. His sessions focus on leadership, financial awareness, and personal responsibility in a format students understand and remember.
PERSONAL MOTIVATION: What sets Dan apart is his genuine care. His goal is not recognition or promotion. It is an impact. He wants students to reach adulthood confident, capable, and free from the financial stress that burdens so many later in life.
